1 More Halloween Cocktail

We dug deep and came up with yet another Halloween drink!  This time with candy corn infused rum, Grand Marnier, egg white and lemon……DE-lish!!


Candy Corn Cocktail
(adapted from the Candy Corn Cordial)


CC infused rum:
1/3 cup candy corn
1 cup white rum

For the drink:
2 ounces Grand Marnier
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 egg white
Candy corn garnish

Infuse the rum: Combine 1/3 cup of candy corn and 1 cup of white rum in an airtight container; set in the fridge for 24 hours and then strain through a coffee filter.

Build the drink:  Add 4 ounces of candy corn infused rum, 2 oz. Grand Marnier,  juice of 1/2 a lemon and an egg white to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks or martini glass with 5 candy corns in the bottom.  Makes two servings.
