“As a huge fan of Bob Marley, I wanted to help keep his message of love and peace alive,” says Rum Bar’s Adam Kanter. “We wanted to honor his legacy and spirit — and have a good time,” he says.
Everyday Rum Bar offers a unique escape, striking a pleasing balance between upbeat and intimate, lively, but laid back. Music ranges from contemporary rock to reggae to late-night lounge. Freshly installed B&W photography featuring Kanter’s recent visits to Caribbean rum distillers is on display, bringing even more Caribbean warmth and flare to Rittenhouse Square.
Now with more than 200 rums, Rum Bar is Philadelphia’s premiere place for sampling this complex and spellbinding spirit. Two infused-rums change weekly and range from pineapple to cucumber to cucumber and more.
