Hot Buttered Rum
2 oz Brugal Añejo Rum
1 teaspoon of honey
½ teaspoon of butter
4 oz hot apple cider
½ oz Allspice dram by St. Elizabeth
Place boiling water into an Irish coffee mug or goblet to heat the glass while preparing your drink. In a mixing glass add rum, honey, butter, cider and allspice dram. Stir vigorously then pour into the heated mug, grate fresh cinnamon on top and garnish with a cinnamon stick. Sit by the fireplace and enjoy!
