As part of the Miami Beach Cocktail Culture segment on Plum TV, the mixology team from Bar Lab add muddled kumquats and raspberries to a Hemingway Daiquiri. The result looks delicious. Let us know what you think.
Hemingway Daiquiri – Bar Lab Twist
2 oz. white rum
1/4 oz. Maraschino liqueur
In a mixing glass, muddle several kumquats and rasberries
Add 2 oz. of white rum and 1/4 oz. of Maraschino liqueur
Shake with ice and double strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with a lime twist
