Bajan rum punch
1 sour
2 sweet
3 strong
4 weak
1 = lime juise
2 = sugar syrup
3 = Barbados rum
4 = water
Use whatever measure you wish – ounces or cups
Combine ingredients and serve on the rocks.
Add a splash of Angostura bitters.
Add grated nutmeg (fresh is possible).
Enjoy!
