I can remember the deluge of fern bars, sports bars and brewpubs like it was yesterday? Just hoping decent cocktails aren’t the latest trend.

We’re coming to the party late here in Gulf Coastal Florida, though the number of good bartenders at average bars is picking up. Looks like there’s hope on the horizon though. A new place that promises well made drinks opening soon. Could it be?
