A U.S. Federal Court has ordered a halt to the sale and production of a line of fruit-flavored rums whose bottles were alleged to be “confusingly similar” to Malibu Rum.

Malibu advertising themselves as rum – didn’t think that it was strong enough to fall into that bracket. Perhaps a rum/coconut flavoured liqueur at best.
