The Zacapa Xmas pack (bottle and tasting glass) was on sale at Crown. Great deal at $25 so it’s a Zacapa Christmas around here.

We usually give a unique bottle of spirits along with an appropriate recipe for which to use it. This year it’s Pussers and a Painkiller recipe (of course.)

I recently attended a Christmas party where i gave my friends a bottle of Baileys and a Bottle of Juan Santos 7 yr old Coffee Rum.
But I got the better end of the deal.
My good friends, pitched in together and bought me an eye patch with matching “Rum Chums” T shirt, and a bottle of Santa Theresa 1796 Ron Antigua de Selero.
Sweet!

At $15 I was very tempted by the 750′s of Tommy B with the tasting glass to match. Closeout, I guess.

My friends all have different tastes when it comes to alcohol consumption. The Scotch drinkers are the easiest to buy for. A bottle of Pinch goes a long way when saying thank you for being my friend. Only one of my group is a fellow rum drinker and his favorite brand is Matusalum 15, so that what he always gets. Happy Holidaze.

Santa brought me everything in the Flor de Cana line. Unfortunately, my houseguests have taken a liking to the 18 year.
