The wait is almost over!  After years of research, planning, construction and experimentation, Louisiana Spirits is about to launch their new line of Bayou Rum.  Here’s the latest.

Ian Burrell continues his quest to educate the world about cane spirits by launching the Rum University.  Harper’s has the scoop.  “A five day intensive course on rum is being launched in Spain this September offering both trade professionals and drink enthusiasts the chance to immerse themselves in all things to do with rum.”
