Cayman Compass reports: With its steaming copper contraptions and bubbling tanks of sugary liquid, Cayman Spirits Company’s new home resembles something from Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory. But the $2 million distillery is serious business.

“The Edrington Group has launched Brugal rum in India, a market which the company believes is “warming to the appeal” of this premium spirit that is distilled and matured in the Caribbean. Brugal Extra Viejo Reserva and Añejo Reserva were unveiled in the Delhi Duty Free store at Delhi International Airport.” Moodie has the scoop.
