“Over the past few years, the craft cocktail world has reimmersed itself in the retro delights of the Tiki bar.”  The Wall Street Journal discovers the world of vintage tropical drinks.

Bundaberg follows the port and sherry barrel aging trend with the release of their latest limited edition blend.  The Morning Bulletin gives it the thumbs up.

While cruising the southern Caribbean aboard the Diamant, our friend Rum Shop Ryan discovers what he coins “true boat drinks”, the rum swizzle.  Check it out.

Marketing Mag reports that “Corby Distilleries is considering bringing a Newfoundland and Labrador-based initiative for its Lamb’s rum brand to other Canadian markets following a successful summer campaign.”

Miami-based Destilería Canéca is set to release its first offering in early January, a premium gold rum made for exotic cocktails or sipping neat.  Miami Herald has the scoop.
