Forbes Magazine looks at how Destileria Serralles, makers of Don Q, is changing the culture of rum production with a strong focus on the environment.

Plantation 1998 Guadeloupe Single Cask Rum and Atlantico Platino make the Huffington Post list of spirits to watch in the New Year.
