With a top notch staff and focus on rum, cocktails, music and Caribbean cuisine, London’s Rum Kitchen opens to rave reviews.  The Handbook has the scoop.

NOLA.com reports: “Louisiana Spirits in Lacassine likely boasts the largest budget of the new distilleries popping up around the state. Sometimes it takes a while to finish a big project. Construction delays have pushed back the launch, but they hope to have both the visitors center open and bottles of their rum on local shelves by April or May.”
